The outer lever controls the forward tilt, while the inner lever adjusts the backward recline.

For optimal ergonomic posture, the forward tilt angle should be set between 7–10 degrees, helping you maintain active sitting during focused work.

You can also fine-tune the tilt limiter using the horizontal lever located on the left side beneath the seat — allowing you to set and lock the recline at your preferred level for balanced comfort and posture support.

The Sayl Chair allows precise customization of seat height and depth using the lever on the right side, located next to the tilt tension control.

• To raise the seat, stand up slightly and lift the lever upward.

• To lower it, lift the lever while seated — your weight will bring it down smoothly.
  The optimal ergonomic position is achieved when your feet rest flat on the floor and your knees form a 90-degree angle.

To adjust the seat depth, slide the seat forward or backward to find your perfect sitting position. The correct depth provides about three fingers’ width of space between the back of your knees and the front edge of the seat — ensuring healthy circulation and lasting comfort.
