Unique Seat Design

The seat's waterfall shape incorporates a forward tilt along its upper edge. This design is intended to alleviate pressure from the back of the legs, offering a more comfortable working experience that supports prolonged periods of productivity throughout the day.

Lumbar Support

The back of the chair showcases the lumbar support, while each arm is equipped with two buttons, and below them, underneath the seat, there are two levers. The mesh seamlessly envelops the notably wide seat back, accentuating its elegant design.

Seat height adjustment

When adjusting your seat height always make sure that your thighs are parallel to the ground and that your feet are completely flat on the floor to ensure proper ergonomic posture. To adjust the seat height lifter the right side lever lift and stand slightly to raise the seat lift and sit down to lower the seat. Finding just the right level of tilt tension allows the chair to support your body's natural movements and promotes good circulation by helping redistribute pressure points throughout the workday.

Tilt tension adjustment

The ideal amount of tension depends on your weight and height. The back of your chair should feel firm enough. You should also be able to lean back relatively easily, when you want to. To adjust the tilt tension locate the knob on the right side of the seat turn counterclockwise to decrease the tension level and turn clockwise to increase the tension level.

Tilt lock adjustment

Time to focus and get to work! To secure your chair in an upright position, utilize the left lever. Press down on the paddle to lock it, and pull up to unlock. Your Novo chair offers three preset upright positions: fully upright, intermediate, and reclined, allowing you to choose the setting that suits you best.

Seat depth adjustment

To adjust the seat depth use the right back lever lift for the paddle up and lean back from your hips to shorten the seat depth lift of the paddle and lean forward in the same manner to lengthen the seat depth. The seat slides easily and will lock into the nearest available position. Having the correct back support is crucial for long-range all-day comfort finding just the right level of tilt tension allows the chair to support your body's natural movements and promotes good circulation by helping redistribute pressure points throughout the workday.

Tilt tension adjustment

To adjust the tilt tension turn the knob to the right to decrease the tension level and to the left to increase the tension.

Tilt lock adjustment

Need to crack down and get to work use the left lever to lock your chair in an upright position. Press down on the paddle to lock, pull up to unlock. Your Novo comes with three preset upright positions: upright, intermediate and recline.

Arm adjustment

Make sure your forearms are parallel to the floor when your shoulders are relaxed. To adjust the height of your armrest press and hold the buttons located underneath the armrest, while raising or lowering them. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed, before adjusting your arm should be at a 90 degree angle at all times.

Arm width

To adjust the width of your armrests first locate the levers underneath each arm. Press down on the levers to unlock the width mechanisms. Pull back up on the levers to lock the arm width into place.

Castors do not scratch the floor

The chair comes equipped with castors designed for carpet flooring, which do not scratch the floor.
